Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping on all orders above $50.
Please note: Shipping rates may change in the future. Any updates will be reflected on this page before they take effect.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist.
For lost or delayed parcels, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
